Yes, we have to rethink how we approach communication, especially when we are trying to get someone on our side. Facts and figures alone will often not work alone.

Influence starts with being human..thing is that means different things to different people. A really nice person stopped being my friend because I was too "emotional" and i still feel bad about it, lol. But I have changed doctors simply because they didn't notice how anxious I was over a routine check up.

Hope you got your cooling system fixed 😁, Oh i don't like open-ended questions too, who has time to code all that? lol
